What your payroll is actually telling you
Overtime creeping up in one department, turnover concentrated in one role, attendance falling on one shift — all of it is already in your payroll and attendance data. It just needs putting in one place.

Frequently asked questions
Is employee data handled confidentially?
Yes. Access is limited to the team assigned to your account, data is aggregated wherever individual detail is not needed, and confidentiality terms are in the service agreement.
Can you work with our attendance machine export?
Usually yes. Fingerprint and card system exports are a common source; we clean and standardise them as part of the work.
Do you process the payroll itself?
Payroll processing, payslips and EPF and ETF administration are available separately under other services. This page covers reporting and analysis.
Can we see cost per branch?
Yes, provided your payroll data identifies branch or cost centre. If it does not, we will show you how to add it.
Can this be combined with financial reporting?
Yes, and it usually should be. Payroll is the largest cost in most service businesses.
