Frequently asked questions

Do you scan on site or at your office?
Either, depending on sensitivity and volume. Highly confidential records are often better processed on your premises, and that can be written into the scope.
What resolution do you scan at?
It depends on the document and whether text extraction is needed. We agree it during scoping so file sizes stay sensible.
Can you extract data from the forms too?
Yes. Capturing form fields into a spreadsheet or your system at the same time as scanning is usually far cheaper than doing it later.
What happens to the originals?
Returned to you, retained for an agreed period, or securely destroyed. It is your decision and it goes in the scope.
Can you organise documents that are already digital?
Yes. Renaming, restructuring and indexing an existing mess of digital files is common work.
